Michael Israel Tañada Ortega and Edmond Retorico Reynaldo to be presided by His Excellency, Most Rev. Mylo Hubert C. Vergara, D.D. on Saturday, March 31, 2012, 9 am at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral, Plaza Rizal, Malinao, Pasig City.
